The Bristol headquarters, opened in 1993, is the largest single workshop facility for electrical and mechanical repairs in the country and is widely reputed to be the best service engineering centre in the UK. Workshop facilities are also based in Bristol, Stroud Gloucestershire, Swindon Wiltshire, Cardiff South Wales, St Austell Cornwall and Castle Donnington Derbyshire.

Anstee Ware operates a round-the-clock, emergency call-out service, 365 days a year for any electrical or mechanical breakdown. Teams of expert service engineers are always available at our workshops to respond immediately to every call, day or night. They are fully equipped to perform on-site inspection and analysis and will, where possible, carry out repairs there and then. Our round-the-clock, three-shift system means that if it is not possible to resolve a breakdown problem at a customer's premises, then the failed unit will be returned promptly to our workshops for immediate repair to minimise disruption to a customer's production programme.
