Inspection activities are carried out in accordance with an approved manufacturing quality plan.
Typically this consists of :-

- Design.
- Goods Inwards Inspection.
- Material Certification.
- Visual Inspection at tack up.
- 100% visual inspection of completed fabrication.
- NDT (Non Destructive Testing) to approved procedure.
- M.P.I (Magnetic Particle Inspection).
- D.P.I (Dye Penetrant Inspection).
- Radiography.
- Ultrasonics.
- Proof Load testing to approved procedure.
- Pressure testing to approved procedure.
- Tanks.
- Vessels.
- Pipework.
- Surface preparation and painting to an approved procedure.
- Shot blast profile test.
- D.F.T checks (Dry Film Thickness).
- Adhesion test.
- Third Party Inspection / Review.
- When specified by client we will organise services of a third party inspectorate (Lloyds / DNV ) to inspect / review any of the above operations.
- PMI (Positive Material Identification).
- When specified by client we will organise services of a specialist company to perform PMI to an approved procedure.
- Production of MRB (Manufacturing Record Book) to an approved format.
- Test Reports & Certification for all above operations.
- Operators Qualifications where applicable.
- Consumables Certification.
