Our welding procedures are qualified to :

    BS EN ISO 15615-1 2004 (BS EN 288-3).
    ASME: Section IX: 2004.

Our welders are coded to :

    EN 287-1: 2004.
    ASME IX : 2004.

These procedures and coding(s) are maintained by a UKAS approved third party inspectorate. This enables us to ensure a high standard and consistency of welding at all times.

Full procedures & operator qualifications are incorporated in the Manufacturing Record Book (If requested) for a particular project.

Welding by MMA, CO2, MIG, TIG is carried out by timeserved experienced welders

Welding & weld procedures include:

  • MMA (Manual Metal Arc)
  • CO2
  • MIG (Metal Inert Gas)
  • TIG (Tungsten Inert Gas)

All these processes are available on a wide variety of materials.
